These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.banklockers.com and our locker rental services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
1. Services
Kailash Hill Vaults Ltd. offers safe deposit lockers on rent to individuals and entities (“Customers”). Our services allow Customers to securely store their valuables in our lockers for a specified rental period.
2. Eligibility
To rent a safe deposit locker, you must be at least 18 years of age,, and be fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Account Registration
Customers are required to register for an account to access the services. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Rental Period and Fees
The rental period is for one year, which can be extended on an ongoing basis, and rental for the safe deposit lockers will be specified at the time of renting out the locker along with the Security Deposit and enrolment fee. Rents must be paid in full at the beginning of the rental period. Late payments may result in additional charges or termination of services. The security deposit amount is refundable at the time of surrender of the locker, after adjusting all outstanding dues.
5. Use of the Safety Lockers
Customers agree to use the safe deposit lockers only for lawful purposes and not to store illegal substances, hazardous materials, or items that are prohibited by law.
6. Termination
Kailash hill vaults Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement and access to the safety lockers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of rent.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kailash Hill Vaults Ltd. is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
